He is the Potter, I am the Clay

God is so awesome! Today mom came to pottery and sat in a chair and watched Charlie and me do pottery. The shop is always intresting and lots of people coming and going. She seemed to enjoy the hussel and bussel of it all. John, the owner said his dog is being spayed tomorrow and they have to keep her indoors for a few days. They have been offered a baby goat to feed with a bottle every 4 hours and keep it inside at night. They can't keep it this week because of the dog and asked if we might be able to. Mom seemed to like the idea so I am trying to round up a large dog crate to keep it in. Nothing much cuter than a baby goat! Mom alreay seems happier. She went up stairs to visit with the Farley's and is going up for supper! She has eatten some and hope she will get engery back as she eats and moves around. Thnak you for your prayers. I can see the Lords hand in this day! So far I have not had a headache! More later! c

What a nice week I had. Mike and I house sat for Caorl and John the owners of M.D.I only had to take meds for headaches twice all week!!!!!! It was so wonderful to wake and be able to breath. Today we drove to Atlanta to get my mom for a visit with us. I am sorry to say she seems so very depressed. I hope it is just the meds and being tired. She took all her money out of savings and split it with us children and as I was telling her good night she said I am just not worth a
D- -. '0( It made me feel so bad for her and I just don't know what to do to help her. I continue to pray for her and that she will see the Holy Spirit in me. I pray for a servants heart and to keep a positive attitue. As I was reading the coments from my last post form two very special gifts from God in my life I had a warm feeling of love from them both. Lots has been going on here. My mom fell and we are trying to get her to come here. She may be coming next weekend. So we have been getting the room you and J stayed in ready for her. A friend gave us a comfee rocker for her to sit in! Now we will see if my brother doesn't go and pick her up to bring her to Atlanta we will jus tgo down and get her. She really doesn't need to be alone. We hope she will feel comfortable enough to want to stay longer next trip. Perhaps you and J could come and visit I know she would love your upbeat company! Today ia 2/1/07 but then you knew that! We had a beautiful snow and I slpet later than ususal. The down side of it is when I spend more than 7-8 hours here at the house I get a headache....Tonight I have a realy bad one. I don't feel well enough to go out and if I don't will it go away? I think I will go get gas in the car and doddle to see if it will help. Poor Mike it makes him feel so bad that the house makes me sick.
